Jason sold us our first property in the Southwest way back in 1997. He was also my parent’s agent in 2000. So our association goes way back. I can highly recommend Gard Realty. Jason tolerated an older person wishing to sell so as to relocate to Mandurah to be closer to her extended family who live in Perth. I was previously listed with a ‘high profile’ agent who was not only charging me a high fee but was constantly asking me to reduce my price. I chose to switch to Jason Gard who I found helpful, confident and supportive throughout the process which ended in a good price and a fair fee for his services. Jason and his team worked hard to secure a good sale for me and I believe the price Jason achieved has left me with at least 10% more than if I had sold with the previous agent.
